Commercial Ductwork Installation
Supply, fabrication and installation of galvanised, spiral and bespoke ductwork systems for new-build, refurbishment and fit-out projects.
We install commercial ductwork systems for main contractors, M&E contractors and end clients across London. Work is carried out to the project specification and drawings, coordinated with the wider services installation and delivered against the construction programme.
Packages range from single plant room connections and tenant fit-outs through to full-building supply, extract and return air distribution including risers, roof-level installation and associated builders-work coordination.
Distribution systems
Supply, extract and return air distribution is fabricated and installed to suit the design intent, available ceiling void and the coordinated services zone. Rectangular sections are used where space is constrained; circular spiral is used where clean exposed runs, lower leakage or reduced fabrication time are advantageous.

Risers, plant rooms and roof level
Riser installations are set out from the coordinated drawings with support steelwork, fire stopping interfaces and access provisions agreed in advance with the main contractor. Plant room connections are installed with attenuators, anti-vibration connections and access panels positioned for maintenance rather than convenience of install.
Roof-level ductwork is installed on supports appropriate to the roof build-up, with weathering, discharge terminations and access requirements coordinated with the roofing and structural packages.
Coordination and programme
We work from issued drawings, specifications and bills of quantities, and produce installation setting-out where required. Duct routes, dimensions and interfaces are agreed with the mechanical, electrical, sprinkler and ceiling packages before fabrication is released, which keeps rework off the programme.
