Our core expertise is ductwork and ventilation. On most projects that package sits alongside heating, cooling, controls and other mechanical services, and it has to be delivered as part of a coordinated installation rather than in isolation.
We work as a specialist package contractor to M&E contractors and main contractors, taking the ductwork and ventilation scope and coordinating it with the appointed mechanical, electrical and controls teams.
Where we sit on a project
Typically appointed as a ductwork and ventilation sub-contractor, we attend coordination and progress meetings, work to the agreed services coordination, and provide the installation, records and access provisions required by the commissioning and handover process.
Scope clarity
We set out clearly what is and is not included at tender stage — ductwork, fittings, dampers, terminals, supports, insulation interfaces, testing and access — so the mechanical contractor is not left with unpriced gaps between packages.
